Home Wellness Membership

Available for properties of all sizes - condos to estates.

Pricing based on:

  • weekly or bi-weekly service

  • plus, size of home (sqft)

A Roost team member visits your property on a regular cadence and each time performs our customizable 54-point comprehensive home wellness check. This covers both the interior and exterior of your property. Some of the items include:

Interior

  • Check thermostats are set as requested

  • Check for moisture and wood rot

  • Check for water leaks around sinks, toilets, laundry

  • Dispose of any trash or garbage

  • Check for signs of pest infestation

  • Flush toilets and run water in tub/sinks

  • Check breaker box for tripped circuits

  • Change air filters & batteries in smoke/CO2 detectors

Exterior

  • Look for signs of vandalism or attempted break-in

  • Check roof for signs of damage or missing shingles

  • Check for signs of leaves or snow/ice dams

  • Check siding and decking for damage or rot

  • Test landscape lighting

  • Ensure pool/hot tub areas are clean & operating

After each visit, a full report is completed along with pictures/videos of any findings and recommendations. This is sent electronically to the member before departing the property. If an urgent concern is found, we contact the member immediately.

Home Wellness Plus Membership

Great idea for second home management, vacant properties & vacation homes.

Pricing based on:

  • weekly or bi-weekly service

  • plus, size of home (sqft)

Home Wellness Plus is where Roost stands above the rest. Plus members receive all of the services of Home Wellness as well as the addition of 24/7 electronic monitoring.

Our state-of-the-art sensors are placed throughout the home constantly monitoring for:

  • power failure

  • temperature changes

  • humidity changes

  • and water leaks

These sensors do not require a wifi connection as they work solely on cellular service contacting Roost the second an issue is detected. The best part is, the member can also be alerted, if desired. Complete transparency, complete coverage.

Should an issue arise, a Roost team member will go to the property to investigate as this membership level includes 1 emergency response per month.
